Made of aged,pale gold mohair he has 16 hand-sewn chamois patches and wears a Daks-Simpson scarf similar to the one given to the original bear by Georgina(nee Simpson)wife of Anthony Andrews ,who played Sebastian Flyte.
Aloysius is softly stuffed with polyfibre,other than his muzzle which is filled with wood shavings.
