Otto is a replica of a circa 1950s bear, believed to have been made in eastern Germany.
The traditional gold mohair has been plucked almost completely bald to appear genuinely love-worn like the original. Fully jointed, he has amber and black glass eyes and is without paw pads. This beguiling little bear wears a hand-knitted, green and rust Bavarian style rompers and hat.
