The Witney 2024 Bear is the nineteenth in our series of annual Witney bears.
Inspired by a 1920s English original, the Witney 2024 Bear is made of blond mohair, which has been carefully aged and hand-plucked to re-create the look of his century-old ancestor. He has amber and black glass eyes, a skip-stitched, brown thread nose and sensitively aged felt paw pads. The feet have been additionally blanket-stitched to resemble the repaired ones of the original bear. Softly pellet filled, he wears a striped cotton shirt and aged linen dungarees. Made exclusively for Teddy Bears of Witney, he comes with a numbered certificate.
